My absolute favorite thing that we did this week was the imovie/garageband activities. I really enjoyed making my own music and and putting the movie I made and the music I made together.
I was surprised at all the amazing lunches we had! They were so tasty! I was expecting a paper bag lunch or something, but we got some scrumptious stuff instead.
I have become friends with Jon! Yes you Jon! I like your sense of humor, cracks me up.
One thing I learned that I will probably use in the future is the different ways to use Garageband, I'll use it on my mom's computer OR my future Mac :)
I would recommend this camp to others who are interested in learning about Digital Media, and have a sincere desire to persue a career in some sort of digital field. I would not recommend this camp to people who don't have any interest in anything digital or electrionicy. The camp really adresses digital things, and if you don't enjoy those sort of things, it would be a bummer kind of camp.

I learned...

I learned that i am an Idealist. And that the career I would love to go after seems to be one that fits me very well. I am very excited to graduate from high school, move onto college, and start my job!

Hmph.

Fun Things About Camp....

The day that we went to Hester Park was probably my favorite day because I love being outside, plus I had a camera in my hand and I love taking pictures. I enjoyed walking through the grass and over the bridge, taking pictures of beautiful things. My favorite part was walking down to the river and seeing some baby duks swimming in the water.
Another the thing I have enjoyed at camp is the day when we started wrking with Garageband. I liked learning how to use this device that I've been messing around with before. It was fun tinkering around and making my choices in sounds to blend together to make a song.
My third favorite things about this camp is the day we had Erbert's and Gerbert's for lunch. Its my favorite sandwich place in all the big wide world! I could seriously smell the s ubs from down the hall, so yummy. They also had one of my favorite subs that day; fantastic.
